Afterimage Production Process

1. Brainstorming

Choose a Theme and Create a Brainstorming Map

2. Explore diverse surface Experimentation with Frottage

I collect available natural materials, such as leaves, garments, and twigs, and explore their traces through ink, charcoal, and Conté.

3. Experiment with Food Ink and Collect Photographs

As an artist interested in the flow of water, I experimented with food colouring dispersing in water, observing and photographing the fleeting moments of its movement.

4. Assemblage/ Layering

After collecting the photographs, I digitally assemble and layer the images to create a new composition.

5. Editing

By Printing on the paper, tracing on the screen etc, compare and edit for the best composition.
