Description: Investigating the oppressive feelings associated with immigration trauma in Canada, I struggled to adapt to a new environment due to language barriers and cultural differences, which led to hallucinations. Drawing from this harsh experience, I express my oppression through acrylic gestures on food wrap, incorporating the body and its poses to represent agony.
